1. I am a salaried employee; is my budget enough to make a real estate investment?
Yes. Kandıra is one of the rare regions that is this close to Istanbul and still has affordable entry levels. It is possible to start not with millions, but with the right savings.
2. Shared title or sole title?
If you are thinking of investing in a field, definitely sole title. Absolute ownership is very important in fields; fields are long-term investments, and in the long term you do not want your field to have any partner other than yourself.
3. Will the place I buy be opened to zoning?
We do not sell dreams. We present the existing plans and the 1/25,000-scale projections. Field-classified places are long-term investments; instead of expecting zoning in the short term, one should focus on appreciation. 4. Does the Food OIZ really affect the region?

6. Can I sell immediately when I want to (liquidity)?

8. Will I spend days dealing with the title deed transactions?
No. We do all the preparation (application, fees, appointment); all that is left for you is to be at the land registry office at the hour of signing. For clients who cannot come to the registry, we can sell by power of attorney: while you continue your work at your office, we complete the transactions on your behalf at the registry.
9. Can I turn my field into a hobby garden?

10. Why should I buy now?
